Replacement Policy
At Bake FloraG, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Every cake, flower arrangement, gift hamper, plant, sweet box, and celebration gift is carefully prepared, packed, and inspected before delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may request a replacement subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligible Replacement Requests
A replacement may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product received in damaged condition.
- Missing items from the order.
- Product quality is significantly compromised during delivery.
- Wrong personalization or customization due to an error by Bake FloraG.
- Product received substantially different from the confirmed order.
2. Reporting a Replacement Request
Customers must report any issue within 6 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.
To help us investigate the issue quickly, please provide:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Description of the issue
Requests submitted without sufficient information or supporting photographs may take longer to process.
3. Verification Process
Once a replacement request is received, our team will review the complaint, photographs, and order details.
If the request meets the eligibility criteria under this policy, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
Bake FloraG reserves the right to determine whether a replacement request qualifies based on the information provided.
4. Non-Eligible Replacement Requests
Replacement requests will generally not be accepted in the following situations:
- Minor differences in product appearance, decoration, packaging, wrapping, or flower shades.
- Natural variation in flowers, handmade products, or seasonal items.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
- Products that have been consumed, used, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
- Complaints raised after the specified reporting period.
5. Cakes, Flowers & Perishable Products
Cakes, flowers, chocolates, sweets, and other perishable products are time-sensitive items. Any concerns regarding such products must be reported promptly with clear photographic evidence to allow proper assessment.
Due to the nature of these products, delayed reporting may affect replacement eligibility.
6. Customized & Personalized Products
Customized cakes, personalized gifts, printed products, greeting cards, and special-order items are prepared according to customer-provided instructions.
Replacement requests for such products will only be considered if:
- The customization differs from the information submitted by the customer; or
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
Replacement requests will not be approved for spelling errors, incorrect messages, or inaccurate customization details provided by the customer during ordering.
7. Replacement Delivery
Approved replacement orders will be scheduled for delivery at the earliest available opportunity, subject to product availability and service area coverage.
If an identical replacement is unavailable, a similar product of equal or greater value may be offered.
8. Alternative Resolution
In situations where a replacement cannot be arranged, Bake FloraG may, at its discretion, offer:
- Store Credit
- Coupon Credit
- Partial Refund
- Full Refund
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the order.
9. Contact Customer Support
If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs.
