Delivery Policy
At Bake FloraG, we are committed to delivering cakes, flowers, gift hampers, sweets, plants, and celebration gifts with care and attention. Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches its destination safely, fresh, and within the selected delivery schedule.
1. Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are available only in selected serviceable locations. Customers can check delivery availability by entering the delivery pincode on the product page before placing an order.
Orders can only be accepted and fulfilled for locations where delivery service is currently available.
2. Delivery Date Selection
Customers may choose their preferred delivery date during the ordering process, subject to availability and operational capacity.
While we strive to fulfill deliveries on the selected date, certain unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
3. Delivery Time Slots
Customers may select from the available delivery time slots at the time of placing an order.
Available delivery slots include:
- 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Morning Surprise)
- 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Delight)
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Afternoon Joy)
- 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Evening Celebration)
- 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight Magic)
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Standard Delivery)
Deliveries are scheduled within the selected delivery slot. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
4. Midnight Delivery
Midnight Delivery is available for selected products and serviceable locations.
Additional delivery charges may apply for Midnight Delivery orders. Any applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering process before payment is completed.
Midnight Delivery orders are delivered between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM on the selected delivery date.
5. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and locations, subject to product availability and order placement before the applicable cut-off time.
Orders received after the cut-off time may be scheduled for the next available delivery slot or delivery date.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery team will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order to the recipient at the address provided by the customer.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
- Contact the recipient or customer for assistance.
- Leave the order with a family member, receptionist, security personnel, or another responsible person at the delivery location.
- Arrange a re-delivery where operationally feasible.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- Recipient Name
- Delivery Address
- Pincode
- Landmark (if applicable)
- Contact Number
Bake FloraG shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Product Variations & Substitutions
Cakes, flowers, bouquets, gift hampers, and other products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website.
In rare circumstances where a particular flower, decorative element, packaging material, or gift item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall presentation and quality of the order.
9. Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Public restrictions
- Natural events
- Road closures
- Government regulations
- Operational emergencies
In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery as soon as possible.
10. Delivery Confirmation
An order shall be considered successfully delivered when it is handed over to:
- The recipient;
- A family member;
- A receptionist;
- Security personnel; or
- Any authorized individual present at the delivery location.
Bake FloraG may maintain delivery records for verification and customer service purposes.
