Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Bake FloraG, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As many of our products are freshly prepared, customized, or perishable in nature, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business operations.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it enters the preparation, customization, packaging, or dispatch stage.
Once an order has been prepared, customized, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders for cakes, flowers, gift hampers, sweets, chocolates, plants, and other perishable or customized products are processed quickly to ensure freshness and timely delivery. Therefore, cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun may not be accepted.
2. Same-Day & Midnight Delivery Orders
Orders placed for same-day delivery, express delivery, or midnight delivery are processed on priority and generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before completing payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Order cancelled before processing begins.
- Product becomes unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted by the customer.
- Duplicate payment is successfully charged for the same order.
- Approved delivery failure caused solely by Bake FloraG.
- Approved complaint where replacement is not feasible.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our customer support team.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Incorrect pincode or contact information.
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Refusal by the recipient to accept the order.
- Minor variations in flowers, decoration, packaging, wrapping, or presentation.
- Personalized or customized products prepared according to customer instructions.
- Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, public restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Complaints raised after the applicable reporting period.
5. Failed Delivery Due to Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient name, address, pincode, and contact details.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, Bake FloraG shall not be liable for refunds. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.
6. Customized & Personalized Products
Customized cakes, personalized gifts, printed items, greeting cards, and special-order products are created specifically according to customer requirements.
Such products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production or customization has begun, except in cases where an error has occurred on the part of Bake FloraG.
7. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method used for the transaction whenever possible.
Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
8. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or financial institution involved.
9. Order Modifications
Customers who wish to modify an order should contact our support team as soon as possible.
Requests for changes to delivery date, recipient details, personalization, or product selection can only be accommodated before processing begins and are subject to operational feasibility.
10. Contact Customer Support
For any refund, cancellation, or order-related concerns, customers may contact our customer support team with their Order ID and registered contact details for assistance.
